Flipped truck closes H-2 northbound offramp
An overturned truck closed the Ka Uka Boulevard offramp from the H-2 freeway just before 5 a.m. Thursday, police said.
No major injuries were reported. Emergency Medical Services crews are on the scene.
The northbound traffic on the H-2 freeway was not affected.
