Former University of Hawaii running back Joey Iosefa has been added to the New England Patriots practice squad.
The announcement was made by Patriots.com and on Facebook by the Brooklyn Bolts, Iosefa’s former team in the Fall Experimental Football League.
Iosefa was a seventh-round pick of Tampa Bay but was cut by the Buccaneers before the start of the NFL regular season.
He had a tryout with the Patriots in September after New England lost James Develin to an injury. Iosefa began practicing with the Patriots Wednesday.
