Man arrested for fracturing boy’s elbow
A 27-year-old Wahiawa man was arrested Thursday after he broke a 9-year-old boy’s elbow, police said.
The incident happened on Sunday in Wahiawa.
Police said the boy reported that the man used force to fracture his right elbow. Police arrested the man at the main police station at about 3 p.m. Thursday for investigation of second-degree assault.
