Swimmer suffers small bite wound at Hawaii island’s Kehena Beach
A man was injured this morning after something bit him on the ankle as he swam at Kehena Beach on Hawaii island’s south shore, firefighters said.
The man had a small gash and was taken to a hospital in non-life threatening condition.
Firefighters said the man never saw what bit him.
A Department of Land and Natural Resources spokeswoman said officials were investigating the incident.
