Police closed off a street in Kapolei after a shooting Friday evening.

An 21-year-old Ewa Beach man and a 19-year-old Kapolei woman will be arraigned in District Court this morning after they allegedly were in a drive-by shooting that endangered two 18-year-old men in Kapolei Friday afternoon.

Kahamaiokumoae Ahsing, 21; and Kiani K. Hayghe, 19, were charged Sunday with first-degree terroristic threatening. Ahsing also was charged with first-degree reckless endangering. Ball for the two was set at $100,000 each.

Hayghe was driving a car while Ahsing fired several shots at a moving vehicle with two passengers, both 18, inside.

The pair was initially arrested early Saturday on suspicion of attempted murder in the first degree.

The suspects allegedly threatened two men at 5:40 p.m. Friday near Ahsing’s Ewa Beach home.
