North and west shores under high surf advisory

A high surf advisory is posted for the north and west facing shores of most islands until 6 a.m. Monday, the National Weather Service said.
The advisory covers the north and west shores of Niihau, Kauai, Oahu, and Molokai and the north shores of Maui.
Surf along the north shores is anticipated to be 18 to 24 feet through tonight and will gradually decline on Monday.
The west shores will see surf from 12 to 18 feet, forecasters said.
