Shepherd was subdued and arrested at the scene. No injuries were reported.

On Wednesday, police charged Shepherd with three counts of first-degree attempted murder, two counts of second-degree attempted murder, first-degree criminal property damage, first-degree terroristic threatening, operating a vehicle under the influence of an intoxicant, reckless driving, and driving without a valid driver’s license.

Too bad we don’t have the death penalty. Why hassle with 1 million in bail when the perp can never walk the earth again.
