Hawaiian Electric crews are trying to pinpoint the problem that has cut power to 25 customers in the downtown area, including the main library branch.
The problem was reported at 7:13 a.m. with at least 25 customers affected.
However, both Honolulu Hale and the Circuit Court building said it was business as usual this morning.

Misleading story. The 25 customers were 25 buildings in the financial district. Thousands of workers impacted. HECO is just America’s worst managed, most expensive, most unreliable company. You have to sell it to anyone who can improve service out here. Hawaii is just a stupid, overpriced, corrupt 3rd world country.

Yeah, they’re both still in the dark.
So, according to HECO, hundreds of people can be inconvenienced at the library due to this loss of power, but since it’s just one bill it’just a “small” outtage. I wonder how many actual people are affected at these 25 customer’s plces pf business.
