“allegedly”?? SA really loves that word!

  6. saywhatyouthink says:

I don’t think SA is giving the whole story here, the charges indicate these teens planned and then carried out an attack to crash the car with the intention of killing a cop?
Highly Doubtful, this isn’t Chicago or New York city. More likely our incompetent prosecutor Kaneshiro is trying to make headlines before the election.

As is typical with the lack of info HPD provides and the lack of investigative reporting by the SA, much to this story is missing.

Although the vehicle was unmarked, was the officer in uniform? Did he identify himself? Was he trying to effect an arrest or was he just sitting in his car waiting for the light? Is he a “regular” officer or a vice cop? If a druggy looking guy gets out of a car with a Glock and starts toward my car without a badge and ID, I’d seriously think about using my car as a weapon.

Many unanswered questions here. Thankful the cop wasn’t badly injured or killed.

The whole case will be thrown out and they will all walk as usual.

Another loser in the making. Is he good at deceiving his parents or does the apple not fall far from the tree?
