Man robs Nanakuli bank

A suspect in a Nanakuli bank robbery Tuesday is described as 30 to 40 years old, 5 feet 7 inches, and 300 pounds. He is seen above in a surveillance photo.

Police are searching for a man who robbed the American Savings Bank branch in the Nanakuli Sack N Save on Tuesday.

The suspect went to the bank, located on Farrington Highway, at 3:30 p.m. and told a 26 year-old teller that he had a weapon and demanded money. He ran off with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The suspect is described as 30 to 40 years old, 5 feet 7 inches, and 300 pounds. A bank surveillance photos shows him wearing a black cap, orange T-shirt, dark long pants and sunglasses.
