As our infrastructure crumbles, roads are falling into the ocean, potholes dot our highways, sewerage flows into the Ala Wai and into our oceans, water mains keep getting patched instead of replaced, and we keep building a rail that few will use. All the money wasted on rail could fix our crumbling infrastructure.
