Police reopen eastbound lanes of H-1 in Kapolei
Honolulu police reopened all eastbound lanes of the H-1 freeway at Kualakai Parkway early this morning after a vehicle overturned last night.
The closure was reported just before 9 p.m.
No serious injuries were reported.
