Sheriffs capture missing OCCC inmate
Oahu Community Correctional Center inmate Utualo Faapouli was captured by Hawaii State Sheriffs in an area near the Campbell Industrial Park Friday.
Faapouli failed to return to the prison Thursday afternoon after leaving on a day pass.
He is serving time for car theft, third-degree promoting a dangerous drug and prohibited acts related to drug paraphernalia.
