Kaneohe man charged with sexually assaulting girl, 13
Prosecutors charged a 52-year-old Kaneohe man Wednesday night with sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl.
Police arrested Noel Jackson at his home 12:30 a.m. Tuesday on suspicion of three counts of first-degree sexual assault and four counts of third-degree sexual assault.
According to police, the girl said the man sexually assaulted her between 2:30 and 3:30 a.m. Monday in Kaneohe.
A 46-year-old woman made the complaint to police.
Jackson was charged Wednesday night with the above offenses. His bail was set at $250,000.
Police did not provide other details.

Ugghh, these POS’s need to be hung. A small article that says very little about the crime, and even less about the trauma that young girl has gone through. I’d smoke this guy.

Only $250,000 ball? They guy being extradited to Oregon has twice that bail and robably less significant sexual crimes.
