Honolulu police released a security camera image of a suspect in a sex assault early Monday morning.

Police said a girl under 18-year-old was under the influence of an intoxicant when she was assaulted at about 1 a.m. on Monday.

Police are looking for a suspect who may frequent the area around Kapahulu and Kuhio avenues.

Police did not release information about the location of the assault.
