Repairs are under way on a broken water line in the Kula area on Maui, where consumers may be experiencing service interruptions and low water pressure, officials said today.

The Maui Department of Water Supply is expected to be working until about 3 p.m. to fix the problem. Consumers on Copp Road to the Keokea area are asked to conserve water and avoid any unnecessary usage until the waterline is repaired.
