Suspected serial bank robber arrested
Police thanked the public today for helping to locate a man wanted for robbing the Bank of Hawaii branch in Chinatown this morning.
The man was also arrested for a federal probation violation warrant and may be responsible for nine other bank robberies this month, police said.
Police said the man robbed the Bank of Hawaii at 101 N. King St.
The man was turned over to the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force for the warrant and is facing federal charges for the robberies.

Only a matter of time before he was caught.
If found guilty of multiple robberies, he should be required to serve his prison terms consecutively, not concurrently.
