Man arrested for assault in Waikiki
Police arrested today a 57-year-old man who allegedly hit a 55-year-old man a week ago in Waikiki with a dangerous instrument, police said.
The assault occurred at 9:19 p.m. Jan. 10, but the suspect fled before police arrived.
The suspect, who has no local address, was found Wednesday, identified and arrested on suspicion of second-degree assault.
