Kalihi man arrested for allegedly assaulting officer
Police arrested a 32-year-old Kalihi man for allegedly assaulting a law enforcement officer in the Honolulu area.
Police officers were assisting another agency when the man allegedly interfered with the officers and tried to stop them, police said.
Police arrested the man after he allegedly assaulted a 50-year-old officer.
He was arrested on suspicion of first-degree assault of a law enforcement officer, obstructing government operations, resisting arrest and harassment.
