Police complete investigation of body of Honokaa man found in stream
Hawaii County police have completed their investigation of a 2016 murder in connection with the death of a 49-year-old Honokaa man.
The body of Thaine Ulysses Lucifer Price was discovered partially submerged in a stream in Waipio Valley on Mar. 3.
The case has been turned over to the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney.
