Woman released in Kalaeloa road rage incident

A 30-year-old woman has been released in connection with a road rage incident in Kalaeloa on Saturday that led to an attempted murder investigation, police said.

The incident began when two drivers got into a fist fight over a pedestrian motor vehicle collision at about 11:40 a.m. Saturday. The woman, who was a passenger in one of the vehicles, got into the driver’s seat and attempted to run down the other driver, police said.

The woman was booked on suspicion of second-degree attempted murder, but was released pending investigation for that offense. She was also arrested for three contempt warrants and her bail for those warrants was set at $950.
