A 36-year-old man was arrested in Kailua on suspicion of vehicular theft.
Officers responded to a suspicious vehicle complaint and found the man in the driver’s seat of the vehicle on Loho Street on Sunday, Honolulu police said.
The man was arrested Tuesday.
