Woman arrested after robbery at Pearl City store
Police arrested a 29-year-old woman after she allegedly attempted to shoplift merchandise from a retail store in Pearl City.
Shortly before 7 p.m. Wednesday, store employees confronted the suspect when she attempted to flee. During the confrontation, police said the suspect used force against a 25-year-old employee.
Police were called and the suspect was arrested shortly afterward on suspicion of second-degree robbery.
