Hawaiian Airlines is waiving reservation change fees for customers traveling on its flights in Tokyo and Osaka, as well as customers flying through John F. Kennedy International Airport in New York due to inclement weather.
The waiver for Japan applies to Hawaiian Airlines flights to/from/via Haneda or Narita International Airports in Tokyo and Kansai International Airport in Osaka between Saturday and Monday that may be affected by Tropical Storm Saola. The waiver is subject to the following conditions:
>> Ticket was issued on/before today.
>> Affected flight(s) is/are originally scheduled on/before Saturday through Monday.
>> Change must be rebooked and ticketed for new flights on/before Nov. 6. Any resulting difference in fare(s) will be waived provided the change is made to the same class of service and there is no change in origin and destination.
>> For changes made to new flights after Nov. 6, the change fee will be waived but any applicable fare difference will be charged.
The waiver for JFK applies to Hawaiian Airlines or HA codeshare flights on Sunday. Customers holding tickets issued on/before today may change their reservations without fees by booking new flights on/before Wednesday.
