The seventh annual Paliku Arts Festival offered members of the community to try their hand at various kinds of art, from visual arts to drama and music on April 7 at Windward Community College. Participants could also dress in costume and march in the Arts Strut parade and enjoy musical entertainment in the “Ocean of Arts”-themed event.
