FBI offers reward for information on missing Hawaii Kai man

The Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Honolulu Division today announced a reward of up to $20,000 for information leading to the location and whereabouts of Jonathan Fraser.

Fraser, 23, was last seen on July 30, 2016 at his Hawaii Kai apartment at 6233 Keokea Place in Honolulu. He was reported missing by family and friends on July 31, 2016.

On Aug. 8, 2016, investigators found Fraser’s vehicle, a 1994 grey, two-door Honda hatchback bearing Hawaii license plate SXC021, parked near the intersection of Summer Street and Kuliouou Road in Hawaii Kai. There have been no reported sightings of or contacts by Fraser since his disappearance.

Fraser, a Caucasian male, is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, 150 pounds, with wavy, brown, shoulder-length hair and hazel eyes. He has scars under his left eye, nose and chin.

Individuals with information concerning the disappearance of Fraser should immediately contact the FBI Honolulu Office at 566-4300.
