Manoa water main break requires partial closure of Oahu Avenue
Honolulu Board of Water Supply crews continue this morning to repair an 8-inch water main break reported Wednesday night at 3258 Oahu Ave. in Manoa.
The repair has forced the closure of Oahu Avenue at the makai end of Loulu Street. Motorists are advised to use Manoa Road or Keahi Street as an alternate route.
The main break was first reported at 9 p.m. on Wednesday. Crews have been working overnight to complete repairs.
No customers are without water service at this time, but work is expected to continue throughout the day.
