Car jumps curb in Ala Moana area and seriously injures pedestrian

A car jumped a curb in the Ala Moana area this morning and struck a 69-year-old man, seriously injuring him.
The pedestrian was struck in front of Walgreens on Keeaumoku Street at around 9 a.m., according to Emergency Medical Services.
Paramedics treated the man for injuries his extremities on his left side and he was taken to the hospital in serious condition.
