Damien Memorial School has offered all 48 members of the Class of 2020 of Saint Francis School the same tuition they currently pay if they choose to attend Damien.
The Saint Francis students, now 11th graders, will also be eligible for tuition assistance at Damien.
The Saint Francis school board chairman announced last week that its middle and high schools are shutting down after the end of this school year.
Should the students graduate from Damien, they will receive Saint Francis/Damien diplomas, according to Brother Brian Walsh, pesident and CEO of Damien, a spokesman for both schools said.
Damien, wanting to keep the same academic standards, will require the students to take the SSAT exams, spokesman Pat Bigold said.
Saint Francis is holding a school fair 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday at its gym, featuring 27 schools.
