Police reopen Moanalua Freeway westbound
Police have reopened the Moanalua Freeway westbound near Puuloa Road after an earlier closure due to a traffic investigation.
Multiple lanes of the freeway had been closed around 8:30 p.m. Thursday and were reopened around midnight.
