Fallen police officers were honored on Monday in Honolulu and on the Big Island as part of National Police Week.
Family members walked alongside police officers to the State Capitol Rotunda during the Honolulu Police Department Remembrance Walk and Memorial Service for Fallen Officers. View more photos of the walk in our photo gallery.
Hawaii County Police Chief Paul Ferreira addressed a crowd at a similar event on the Big Island.
