>> The Associated Builders &Contractors are opposed to the new community workforce agreement ordinance. The name of the organization was reported inaccurately in stories Monday on Page B4 and in a story on Page A1 on Oct. 10.

>> Kai Kahele is a state senator. His position was inaccurately reported in an “Off the News” item on Page A8 Monday, and the mistake was repeated in the correction that ran on Page B2 Tuesday.

>> The child pulled from the Kalihiwai River on Kauai on Sunday is 2 years old. The age was inaccurate in a story Tuesday on Page B2.
