Waianae man, 37, arrested after choking girlfriend, police say
A 37-year-old man is in custody after he allegedly choked his 38-year-old girlfriend in Waianae.
Police said the victim reported that her boyfriend choked her at about 11:30 p.m. Monday.
Police arrived and arrested the suspect on suspicion of abuse of a family or household member.
