Liliha Bakery among 3 new tenants to open at Pearl Highlands Center

Three stores — Liliha Bakery, Little Joe’s Steakhouse and The Good Feet Store — will be opening at Pearl Highlands Center over the next year, commercial real estate company Alexander and Baldwin announced today.

“Liliha Bakery is a local favorite islandwide. We are pleased to partner with them in their expansion to Central Oahu,” said Lance Parker, executive vice president and chief real estate officer, in a statement.“We’re thrilled to welcome all of these new tenants to Pearl Highlands Center. They will complement the great mix of businesses that make the center a great dining and shopping experience for the Pearl City community.”

The Good Feet Store will open Thursday, while Liliha Bakery and Little Joe’s Steakhouse are both expected to be open by next summer.

The Good Feet Store will open in a 916-square-foot space, and the two restaurants will share a 12,000-square-foot space that used to be a Pier 1 Imports.

The 411,400-square-foot Pearl Highlands Center currently has over 30 tenants. Alexander and Baldwin owns, operates and manages about 3.9 million square feet of commercial space in Hawaii.
