Please describe your qualifications to represent the people of Hawaii.

I am one of the people I’m not a politician I am about the community and the events that take place. And the guy we have now is not helping us. By being arrested AGAIN for DUI

What is the most pressing issue facing residents in your district and how would you address the problem?

TRAFFIC,

Rising inflation has significantly worsened Hawaii’s already high cost of living. What can be done at the state level to help Hawaii residents cope with high consumer prices?

I am not sure what I can do but if I can help with a solution, I would love to brainstorm with the new class of representative.

Hawaii’s rising gasoline prices are among the highest in the nation. Should Hawaii lower or temporarily suspend state taxes on gasoline to help ease the pain at the pump?

If it will help families not have to decide to drive to work or eat YES!

Do you support or oppose efforts to slow or limit the number of tourists to Hawaii? Please explain.

I support the slowdown of tourist. I feel we are busting at the seams and straining to maintain the quality we are used to here in the islands.

Can Hawaii’s tourism-dependent economy be diversified, and, if so, what can state government do to support the effort?

There are lots of things we can do to help us not rely so much on tourism. We could build a sports complex and entertainment center that would attract a different class of tourist.

What is your plan to increase affordable housing in Hawaii, and to help the counties deal with homelessness?

I have no plan at the moment for affordable housing. I would like to get my district in order before we tackle the major issues facing the community today.

What would you propose to help protect Hawaii residents’ health during the continuing COVID-19 pandemic?

I believe if you want to wear a mask its your right. as it is not to wear a mask. Why get shots?

Hawaii isn’t likely to see a repeat of this year’s $2 billion revenue surplus which allowed higher-than-normal spending on state programs and projects. If elected, what will your top spending priorities be?

Roads, roads roads. WE pay the highest DMV prices we should have streets of gold!

What, if anything, should state government do in response to the decision by the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn Roe vs Wade?

Nothing Hawaii already has laws in place.

What should state government do to support and improve public education in Hawaii?

Pay our teachers more!

What reforms, if any, would you propose to make local government more transparent to the public?

I plan to have an open-door policy. I want to be available to listen to the issues.

Do you support or oppose the construction of the Thirty Meter Telescope on the Big Island and why?

I support the telescope 100% I feel we know nothing about this vast expanse of space. If it helps us see and understand space better, I am all in!

Is there anything more that you would like voters to know about you?

I am a person just as you are. I want to do things right and I want you to help! I am open for all or any with our community issues!
