Honolulu Star-Advertiser is proud to once again present its annual Ilima Awards, which showcase the state’s premier restaurants and chefs. The honorees in this year’s publication were selected by the community in our people’s choice category, as well as our staff of food writers and critics for being the cream of the crop.
