2 seriously hurt in crash on Farrington Highway in Waianae
Two people were seriously injured in a multi-vehicle crash that closed Farrington Highway in both directions in Waianae this morning.
Honolulu Emergency Medical Services paramedics responded to the crash at about 9 a.m.and treated a 52-year-old man and a 26-year-old women. The victims were taken to an emergency room in serious condition, EMS said.
Honolulu police closed the highway in both directions between Ala Poko and Puhano streets shortly after the crash.
The highway was reopened at about 10:30 a.m.
