Thanks for your advice, police spokesperson Tania Rues, but apparently this person didn’t need your words of caution….the dead guy did.

BACHI. Try rob a place right before Christmas. I guess the robber didn’t expect someone in the restaurant to have his own weapon. I don’t condone this shooting, but…you use a weapon against someone, that person might do the same to YOU.

“The only thing to stop a bad guy with a gun… is a good guy with a gun.” OH NO… you can’t say that. It’s not politically correct. If that had been Hawaii, the employee would have been arrested already for murder. (NOTICE: in Hawaii, if you shoot someone attacking you and your family inside your own home… the HPD will arrest YOU). Yes, it’s true, believe it.

  4. NoFire says:

Probably will somehow turn into a hate crime as well. Listen up bad guy’s, you do the crime, you may get shot.

Very difficult to prove self defense in court.

  6. ALLU says:

Yes, don’t take the law into your own hands….instead just be passive and remain a victim. If the Florida robber wants to take you to a back room so he can torture you before killing you, you should let him.

“Miramar police spokeswoman Tania Rues . . . cautioned people against taking matters into their own hands.”

thing is, the police have no duty to protect any individual against harm from another individual.

your protection and the protection of your family is your responsibility.

The Hi-Fi stereo murders occurred in a similar way with an in-store armed robbery. Only in this case, the victims chose NOT to fight back and did whatever they were told. The robbers took full advantage of this and forced customers and employees at gunpoint into a back room. As the victims pleaded for mercy and did not take the law into their own hands, the robbers decided to force everyone to drink Liquid Drano. They then gang raped a female victim repeatedly. So, remember never to take the law into your own hands if you are the victim of a crime. Be as passive and non-threatening as possible.

The big question is how will the shooter cope with the knowledge that a person was slain by my actions? My many guns are stored in a large steel safe withn2 enormous locks. Ammo are stored in a cabinet in the underground parking garage. So far have had no need to carry?
