Man arrested for choking woman in Wahiawa

A 36-year-old man was arrested today for allegedly choking a 38-year-old woman in Wahiawa.
Police said the two were arguing when things escalated and the man allegedly restricted her airway, and caused bodily injury.
The incident occurred at 7:45 a.m. and police were called.
Officers arrested the man at 8:05 a.m. on suspicion of abuse-strangulation.
