A 55-1/2-foot-long, 25-1/2-foot-wide art piece made of about 35,000 apples was displayed at Hirosaki Park in Hirosaki, Japan, last month. Depicting a famous drawing by ukiyo-e master Toshusai Sharaku from the Edo period (1603-1867), the display was featured during the Hirosaki Castle Chrysanthemum and Autumn Foliage Festival.
