Man arrested for allegedly assaulting woman in Kailua
Police arrested a 30-year-old man today for allegedly assaulting a 20-year-old woman in Kailua.
Police said the two were arguing Tuesday morning when the fight became physical. The man allegedly assaulted the woman, possibly causing substantial bodily injuries, and fled the scene, police said.
Police found and arrested the man today on suspicion of second-degree assault and fourth-degree criminal property damage.
