Robin D. Paakaula, 31, was charged Monday with first-degree robbery and promoting a dangerous drug in the third degree. His bail is set at $100,000.

Prosecutors have charged a 31-year-old man in connection with an attempted game room robbery that resulted in the shooting death of another man in Honolulu.

Robin D. Paakaula was charged Monday with first-degree robbery and promoting a dangerous drug in the third degree. His bail is set at $100,000.

Charges are pending for the alleged shooter, Manu K. Sorensen, who police arrested Monday after they issued a bulletin seeking the public’s help in locating him.

The Honolulu Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the victim as Jacob N. Feliciano, 31, of Waipahu. He died of a gunshot wound to his torso.

Police said a male suspect, later identified as Sorensen, shot Feliciano during an attempted game room robbery on Kapiolani Boulevard at approximately 10:50 p.m. Saturday and fled the scene.

Feliciano was taken in critical condition to an area hospital where he died.

Police located Sorensen in Hauula Monday afternoon and arrested him on suspicion of second-degree murder.
