Downed utility lines close Waianae Valley Road
Downed utility wires forced police to close Waianae Valley Road above Plantation this morning.
A vehicle accident cause led to the downed power lines shortly before 5:45 a.m., according to HPD.
Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes.
