  • Here we go again. DHS is slammed for willfully violating federal laws. Now another government agency is caught not following standards? Why is this not news in the Nei?

Clearly all animal shelters must follow animal protection rules used on the mainland for years. No reason for the Nei to try and reinvent the wheel as it usually does. Always ending in a massive failure.

  • Loud animals like dogs should be allowed only 1/2 mile from next residence or be housed in soundproof buildings. Don’t save dogs and then torture neighbors day and night.

  • I wonder how the HHS would be graded if a SWAT team and investigators showed up at their front door at 6:00 AM and conducted a surprise inspection before their cleaning crews showed up? And their recently dropped off sick and injured animals that hadn’t had treatment or were still sick were photographed and shown to the public? Fair is fair.
