    Day-to-day; same as usual.

    Overpopulation makes everything more difficult.

Medical Insurance Coverage…how about a 50+% increase? Some of you will be in for a surprise in your 2017 premiums. You can opt out and then apply if needed…but remember they’ll get you when filing your taxes (penalties).

With upcoming tax season in mind…for those who opt to seek a forgiveness of of (i.e. loan, etal). Please prepare for the 1099 that goes to the IRS…you will owe taxes on the amount “forgiven”.

Hence, when you consider the reported increase in income (if this applied to you)…you need to really back out liabilities (increased fees and taxes, etal.) to determine your economic well being. General Election coming up…get out and vote! 🙂

Yeah, we’re doing better than some years previously. It’s going to really improve in a few months when the mortgage is paid off.

Don’t worry, the O&M choo-choo boondoggle property tax hike will ensure that in future years you’ll pay in taxes to the government what your mortgage used to be to your lender. haaaaa

No Social Security colas in years…

More difficult because I have a mortgage but better than paying a property owner.

Looks like the majority is hurting. We call this the Obama economy. Congratulations to all of the low information Obama voters, you’ve helped keep wages low and taxes high. If you want more of it vote for Waldo Clinton. Where is she by the way?

    • wn says:

Obamanomics is to creatation of government jobs…you know we pay via taxes…easy huh? Where’s HRC…preparing for the debate and practicing the “broken record” technique. This works really well…when asked a question do not give an answer that will hold you accountable. Just repeat the same “non-answer” over and over again and then throw in a curve ball and change to subject (kids are good at this!). Even if pressed…go into the same endless loop. You can view prior YouTube clips of HRC being questioned by Congress…”what difference does it make!”

Blame it on the Democrats who control Hawaii State government, hook line and sinker since we became a State in 1959. They are the ones always raising taxes despite knowing that Forbes magazine rank Hawaii as the worst place to make a living in the United States.
Some here have to work more than one job to survive. Democrats are mismanaging our tax payers dollars by taking money from the rail fund for their pet projects or for government pay raises and benefits. They probably have raided the fuel tax fund also. They keep on saying the roads need to be repaired. They raised the fuel tax a few years ago and today the roads are still bad.
Here is another one: Hawaii is ranked number 5 out of 10 states that has the highest fuel tax rate on its citizen. So where the money for the fuel tax gone? Has to be in the millions.
In a few months we have an election where the over-taxed citizens of this State can removed every Democratic incumment in the State legislature.
