Police trying to identify Zippy’s theft suspect

    Honolulu Police released security camera video and images of a theft suspect, who allegedly stole keys from a bench at the Zippy's restaurant in McCully.

Honolulu Police are asking for help in identifying a theft suspect, who apparently stole car keys left behind on a bench at Zippy’s McCully.

Police said when the man returned to his vehicle, he discovered the doors unlocked and items missing.

The incident happened at 12:20 a.m. on Dec. 13.

Police released security camera video of the suspect at the take out counter of the restaurant.

Police said other security camera video showed the suspect taking the keys.

Anyone with information on the suspect is asked to call Honolulu police detectives or CrimeStoppers at 955-8500 or *CRIME on a cellular phone.
