Board of Water Supply crews finished repairs on a broken 8-inch water main on Puowaina Drive, leading to the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific at Punchbowl.

Water service to 20 homes was restored by 9:30 a.m. and crews expect to finish patching the road by about 1 p.m.

One lane of Puowaina Drive is closed while the repairs are completed. Until then, motorists traveling to Punchbowl can expect delays and should drive with caution.

The break was reported at about 11 p.m. Monday.
