Kalihi man arrested for multiple violations

A 21-year-old man was arrested today after he committed series of violations this morning in Kalihi, police said.

The man, who had been in an argument at about midnight, was trying to flee from responding officers when trespassed on residential property, police said.

When officers found him, they found a pistol in his possession and discovered he had an outstanding warrant for his arrest, police said.

The man, of a Kalihi address, was arrested on Kealia Drive on suspicion of two firearm offenses — including possession of a weapon with a defaced serial number, criminal trespassing, and criminal contempt.

In keeping with established protocol, Hawaii’s criminal justice system will not move to incarcerate this vermin until he has been arrested at least 30 times and actually convicted of 10 felonies. And you know damned good and well that the taxpayers of Hawaii will pay for his public defender EACH and EVERY time.
