Cast vote in architecture contest
Good design makes a difference and so do you. Now’s your chance to have a say in local architecture during the American Institute of Architects Honolulu chapter’s Annual People’s Choice Award.
Just go to www.aiahonolulu.org/peopleschoice through Friday and vote for your favorite home or commercial project out of 49 listed on the site. And, unlike voting for your favorite American Idol, you can vote only once.
Nominated projects submitted by AIA member architects include homes in Kahala, Kailua, Kaloko, Kamuela, Kohala, Koloa, Kona, Manoa, Nanakuli, Paiko Ridge, Round Top and Waialae.
The winner will be announced July 29 at the AIA Honolulu Design Awards Gala at the Hawaii Prince Hotel and on the website soon after.
