Police arrested a 15-year-old boy who allegedly threw a rock at a passing car in Kalihi last night, damaging the car’s rear window.
A 24-year-old woman and her 23-year-old brother were driving mauka on Gulick Ave. at about 10:48 p.m. when the rock hit the right rear window of their vehicle.
Police located the boy at a nearby public school and arrested him for criminal property damage and trespassing.
